This seat opens to handle a growing pipeline of complex commercial acquisitions and multi-phase development projects in the Treasure Valley. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, lease structures, and financing documents for local developers and regional enterprises. The role demands immediate autonomy in managing due diligence and closing mechanics without heavy administrative oversight.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of substantive transactional experience
- Deep background in commercial real estate and B2B matters
- Proven ability to lead deal negotiations independently
- Active license to practice law in Idaho
