The litigation group in Northern California is expanding its bench of associates as public-sector and commercial caseloads deepen. You will handle dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation for California public agencies and private business clients in state and federal court. Work splits between the San Francisco, South Bay, and Sacramento offices with a hybrid schedule.
What this firm is looking for
- 3–5 years of litigation experience at a firm or government office
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with California state court procedures and federal practice
- California bar admission in good standing
