You would step into active real estate and B2B disputes: boundary and title conflicts, purchase agreement breaches, lender liability claims, and commercial lease fights. Most matters settle, but the ones that don't go to trial in Idaho state and federal courts. The caseload balances litigation strategy with client counseling on deal structures that avoid future conflict. Hybrid schedule available.
What this firm is looking for
- 12+ years of litigation experience, with substantial real estate or commercial dispute work
- Active practice in Idaho state and federal courts
- Track record managing cases from intake through trial or favorable settlement
- Direct client relationships with business owners, developers, or institutional lenders
