This seat is open due to internal growth and a focus on evolving the practice. You'll work on labor and employment cases in a range of industries, handling both litigation and transactional matters. Your caseload will include disputes, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Expect to collaborate with experienced attorneys on matters in court, at the negotiating table, and in front of regulatory bodies.
What this firm is looking for
- 8 to 4 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Proven trial and litigation experience
- Demonstrable experience with corporate transactions and real estate projects with labor and employment aspects
- Strong client-facing and business development skills
