You will drive strategy on matters involving commercial property conflicts, lease breaches, and developer liability, guiding cases from written discovery through trial preparation. Clients operate across the real estate and entertainment sectors, and their disputes demand practical, business-minded advocacy in California state and federal courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Substantial background in real estate disputes
- Track record of taking and defending depositions and managing court appearances
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy in a hybrid environment
- Bar admission in California
