Labor & Employment Associate
You will defend employers in single-plaintiff and class-action discrimination, wage-and-hour, and retaliation claims. Work spans commercial real estate and finance clients through trial, arbitration, and agency proceedings before the EEOC and state counterparts. The Tampa office handles matters from initial complaint through dispositive motion practice and resolution.
What this firm is looking for
- 3–6 years of labor and employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side
- Track record in wage-and-hour, discrimination, or retaliation matters
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Deposition and discovery management in complex employment disputes
- Florida Bar membership or immediate eligibility
