Life sciences companies facing bet-the-company patent disputes need litigators who can dissect complex technology and argue it persuasively in court. You will draft claim construction briefs, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery in high-stakes district court and ITC matters. This role demands real trial preparation, not just document review.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 6 years of patent litigation experience
- Life sciences background or strong technical aptitude
- Familiarity with district court and ITC proceedings
- Superior writing and analytical skills
