This position handles complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, and development for a diverse client base. The docket includes leasing, financing, and joint venture agreements, often involving hospitality and commercial sectors, as well as debt and equity financings. You'll step into a portfolio of active deals, many at the due diligence phase, and advise clients in preliminary negotiations and final closings. The role will also shape strategic planning and broader business development initiatives.
