This group handles contested land use, lease and purchase disputes, and lender liability matters from complaint through trial. Clients span developers, property owners, and institutional lenders in California state and federal courts. The work mixes motion practice, discovery, and depositions with periodic court arguments and settlement positioning.
What this firm is looking for
- 3–7 years of real estate litigation experience at a law firm
- Active California bar admission in good standing
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state or federal court
- Managing document-heavy discovery and working with expert witnesses
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions or finance a plus
