This IP litigation group is expanding its docket of disputes at the intersection of hardware, AI, and transportation technology. Associates handle case-dispositive motions, claim construction briefs, and depositions across federal courts, working closely with manufacturing and tech-sector clients. The dockets are substantive; junior attorneys take point on significant phases of litigation rather than running document review.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 7 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Background in hardware, AI, manufacturing, or transportation sectors
- Federal court motion practice and deposition skills
- Technical degree or familiarity with patent disputes preferred
- Active bar membership in good standing
