What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 20 years of experience in intellectual property transactions
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating IP licenses and asset purchase agreements
- Experience advising media, venture capital, or real estate sector clients
- Active membership in a state bar association
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid New York or Los Angeles environment
