Inherit a diverse docket of corporate and real estate transactions, including construction deals, mergers, and acquisitions. Navigate both deal negotiations and due diligence processes. Clients are predominantly businesses with complex legal needs. Handle of portfolio management, joint ventures, and financing agreements.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 to 15 years' experience in corporate matters and real estate law, preferably with construction industry exposure.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with ability to lead complex transactions.
- Experience with deal-related litigation and a solid understanding of Florida legal landscape.
- Bar admission in Florida; other states a plus.
