You will draft and negotiate development agreements, manage zoning approvals, and oversee closing processes for significant projects. The role demands an attorney ready to lead transactions from initial due diligence through final recording without heavy supervision.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate law
- Demonstrated background in construction and commercial property transactions
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
