A new opportunity is now open in one of the firm's Florida offices, axtending from the hire of a partner specialist to a seat being created by his or her hiring. The role will tackle a diverse array of construction litigation matters, spanning contract disputes to lien lawsuits. The role will collaborate with attorneys across multiple sectors, including real estate, and will focus on both trial and appellate work. The firm’s client roster includes prominent construction and real estate developers, contractors, and investors.
What this firm is looking for
- Possess 5 - 7 years of relevant litigation experience
- Demonstrate strong advocacy and negotiation skills to serve the firms' clients
- Be admitted to practice in Florida
- Have substantial trial and appellate experience
