The Emerging Companies / Venture Capital group is expanding with a remote opportunity. We are open to working on early-stage and growth capital rounds, preferred stock issuances, and working with a portfolio of clients from a diverse array of industries. We work closely with attorneys, taking ownership of transactions that start with digital deal rooms to closing.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of relevant paralegal experience, with a focus on emerging companies and venture capital
- Strategic and execution minded with a detailed knowledge of private placements, preferred stock issuances, and corporate governance
- Deep startup experience, with superior organizational skills to manage large volumes of documents and a masterful command of transactional dynamics.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, adept at working with attorneys across multiple locations
- A solid command of virtual deal room management and electronic document management
