General Liability Associate
This seat opens to support a growing book of complex general liability matters for insured clients across diverse industries. You will manage cases from early investigation through trial or resolution in state and federal courts throughout California. The role offers immediate hands-on responsibility for motion practice, discovery, and client counseling within a collaborative team environment.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 2 to 8 years of experience in general liability defense
- Proven track record handling civil litigation matters independently
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid arrangement
