Your clients are founders and funders building the future in AI, healthcare, defense, life sciences, gaming, and fintech. They need counsel to navigate formation rounds, term sheet negotiations, and complex venture financings from seed through exit. Day-to-day work involves structuring deals, drafting governance documents, and advising emerging companies on the commercial realities of scaling.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 - 8 years of venture capital or emerging companies experience
- Demonstrated capability executing deal work across multiple financing stages
- Familiarity with the AI, fintech, life sciences, or defense sectors
- Bar admission in New York or California
- Hybrid availability in San Francisco or New York
