They need counsel to navigate formation rounds, term sheet negotiations, and complex venture financings from seed through exit. Day-to-day work involves structuring deals, drafting governance documents, and advising emerging companies on the commercial realities of scaling.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 - 8 years of venture capital or emerging companies experience
- Demonstrated capability executing deal work across multiple financing stages
- Familiarity with the AI, fintech, life sciences, or defense sectors
- Bar admission in New York or California
- Hybrid availability in San Francisco or New York
