Senior Litigation Defense Associate
The Manhattan office is growing its defense bench after a string of complex government-facing wins. You'll take depositions, argue dispositive motions, and manage fact-intensive discovery in commercial and regulatory disputes—often against public-sector plaintiffs or agencies. The hybrid schedule gives you three days in the office for mentorship and two for deep work at home.
What this firm is looking for
- 5-10 years of litigation experience, ideally in defense-side civil or government-facing matters
- Current ability to practice in New York or eligibility for admission
- Trial preparation experience including depositions, Daubert motions, and expert discovery
- Demonstrated client contact and case-management autonomy
