This role anchors a practice closing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit deals and navigating HUD regulatory approvals. You'll manage calendars for attorneys drafting partnership agreements and negotiating construction loan docs, with filings sometimes running to HPD or NYCHA on tight deadlines. The docket stays heavy through Q4 as year-end tax credit syndications close.
