You thrive when parsing the friction between talent and enterprise. This role immerses you in high-stakes employment disputes for media clients—defending against discrimination and wrongful termination claims in federal and state court, and steering restrictive covenant battles. Expect to draft dispositive motions, manage discovery across complex matters, and directly counsel companies navigating the intersection of media and labor law.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 10 years of employment litigation experience
- Demonstrated skill drafting motions and handling discovery
- Familiarity with media industry disputes preferred
- Bar admission in Washington
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in an on-site environment
