Step into high-stakes patent and trade secret disputes spanning sectors from technology to advanced manufacturing. You will draft Markman briefs, depose technical experts, and argue motions in federal court and before the ITC. The docket mixes multidistrict litigation with targeted enforcement campaigns, demanding rigorous claim construction and a sharp eye for prior art.
What this firm is looking for
- 1 to 8 years of IP litigation experience
- Strong briefing and motion practice skills
- Background in patent or trade secret matters
- Familiarity with Markman proceedings and claim construction
- On-site presence required
