Intellectual Property Transactional Associate
The IP transactional group is deepening its deal capacity, handling complex licensing, technology transfers, and IP-centric M&A. Associates here work directly on the drafting and negotiation spine of domestic and cross-border transactions. You will advise clients across tech, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors on portfolio strategy and deal posture from LOI through closing.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 8 years of intellectual property transactional experience
- Substantial background drafting and negotiating IP agreements
- Familiarity with technology transfers, licensing, and IP due diligence
- Willingness to work on-site in Charlotte
