Kansas City office seeks an experienced associate to handle real estate transactions, often involving healthcare and finance clients. Expect to manage a variety of real estate matters, including leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. The role assumes an asset management and real estate finance focus You will represent clients in due diligence, financing, and development of real estate projects.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of real estate law experience
- Admitted to the Kansas Bar
- Experience in real estate transactional work, including finance and finance-related work
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
