Real Estate Mid-Level Associate

Manage a mix of contentious and transactional real estate matters, including finance, acquisitions, and development. Advise clients in the financial services sector, from loan agreements to workouts. Docket includes complex closings and litigated disputes in New York courts. Provide counsel on leases, joint ventures, and environmental issues.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 5 years of real estate experience, ideally in a financial services-facing setting.
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills, with a focus on due diligence and complex deal structures.
- Confidence representing clients in New York state courts and before administrative agencies, including regulatory compliance and litigation.
