You will manage matters from initial investigation through administrative hearings and civil litigation, addressing issues like classification, harassment, and leave. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse docket for government bodies and commercial clients alike while working remotely or from our Bay Area hubs.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- 3 to 7 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Demonstrated ability to manage litigation and administrative proceedings
- Experience advising public agencies or private sector employers
