Public sector entities and private companies across the state require steady counsel to navigate complex workforce disputes and regulatory compliance. You will manage matters from initial investigation through administrative hearings and civil litigation, addressing issues like classification, harassment, and leave. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse docket for government bodies and commercial clients alike while working remotely or from our Bay Area hubs.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- 3 to 7 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Demonstrated ability to manage litigation and administrative proceedings
- Experience advising public agencies or private sector employers
