Senior Counsel - Emerging Companies
Inherit a dynamic docket advising investors & entrepreneurs on their funding rounds and 83(b) filing strategies. anticipation of the closing, drafting & negotiating term sheets, and handling securities & executive comp matters. You'll represent clients in the AI, software, and blockchain industries. Draft and negotiate governance documents for emerging tech companies.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Emerging Companies and/or Venture Capital
- Experience counseling and drafting for emerging companies and venture capital deals
- Strong foundation in corporate governance for tech and software industries
- Preferred experience with AI and blockchain technology sectors
- Expertise in SEC regulations and filing such as Form D filings and 83(b) election
